Welcome To Electronics and Communication Engineering

The department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was the primary department established in Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology during the academic year 1999-2000. The department train up students to impart basic knowledge in various subjects of Electronics and Communication Engineering and also update them to the recent advancements through various training programmes, seminars, workshops etc., Post graduate course namely M.Tech wireless communication was initiated in the academic year 2014-2015.The department is sanctioned to admit every year 120 candidates for B.Tech programme and 18 students to M.Tech. wireless communication. About the Curriculum

Electronics and Communication Engineering is accredited by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), one of the National level Advisory body for management of technical education in the country and affiliated to Pondicherry University.

Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is an 4 Years programme which integrates the field of Electronics and Communication.
